A walk through the manufacturing

Our goldsmith factory is the home to quality and perfection. We specialise in manufacturing of jewellery, we transform pure gold (999 or 995) into a form of finished jewellery piece. We use advanced 3D jewellery design accompanied by casting technology.

Gold Reception to Alloying

Customers or gold partners would provide (999 or 995) gold. We tend to review and log each entry in the Gold and Stone Management System, then it is weighed and gold purification is done. We aim to achieve the jewellery purity i.e. either 22k, 21k or 18k, which is then melted and alloyed with precise amount of copper or other metal if required. The gold alloying process is done with great care while jewellery purity conversion is also targeted.

3D Jewellery Design to Tree Structure

We have an inhouse 3D jewellery designer team who are excellent at 3D CAD jewellery modelling. We are always open to suggestions by the customers, and CAD files are engineered for casting accuracy. We have a legacy of custom jewellery design, while ensuring weight control and stone placement . The 3D approved designs are then converted into wax models. Different wax models are assembled into a tree structure, which is later optimised for uniform metal flow during casting.

Now the wax tree is placed into flask, which is covered with special investment material. Then comes the burnout process. The molten gold is filled into casting machines creating different jewellery shapes. After casting, the tree is cut and separated, surface is cleaned and structural corrections and fittings are made. Every single piece is refined to give it a perfect finishing. Once cutting is accomplished, our polishing department takes the lead. We are skilled at high shine and matte polishing, accompanied by fine detailing. We can also do engraving or plating if it is required.

We take gold from the seller or a business and we can turn into beautiful yet elegant jewellery set or a single piece of jewellery as per the consumer requirement. The designs can be referred by or we can do it for you.

Customisation

Since we have a great team of designers, we can do customised embellishments as well. We can add in different stones in different colours so they enhance beauty of jewellery. We can do whatever customisation our customer would like.
