Can you convert 999 or 995 gold into lower purity jewellery?

Yes. We professionally convert pure gold into the required purity such as 22K, 21K, or 18K by alloying with precise quantities of copper and other metals.

How is gold purity verified?

Gold purity is verified using industry-standard testing methods at the time of reception and again after manufacturing to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Do you charge for gold or only making charges?

Do you provide custom jewellery design services?

Yes. Our in-house 3D jewellery designers create custom CAD designs based on your requirements. Design approval is taken before production begins.

Can I see the design before manufacturing?

Absolutely. We provide 3D design renders for approval, allowing changes before casting to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

What manufacturing process do you use?

We use the lost wax casting process, which includes 3D design, wax model creation, tree structure assembly, flask investment, metal casting, cutting, polishing, and final finishing.

Do you manufacture jewellery for jewellers and brands?

Yes. We work with retail jewellers, wholesalers, and jewellery brands, offering reliable, confidential, and scalable manufacturing solutions.

How long does the manufacturing process take?

Production time depends on the design complexity and quantity, but typically ranges from 7 to 21 working days after design approval.

Do you set diamonds and gemstones?

Yes. We offer professional gem setting services for diamonds and other precious or semi-precious stones.

Is my gold safe during the process?

Yes. All gold is securely logged, tracked, and handled under strict internal controls from reception to final delivery. We use Gold and Stone Management System to keep track of everything that we do.
